Your appointment can be made at our main office at 6728 Loop Rd., suite 101 or at our satellite office which is at Kettering Medical Center in the Physician’s Office Building on the 5^th floor suite 5800.  Office hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
